It's goal setting day!

Paul the Performance Coach has written some simple and easy-to-follow guidelines for setting and achieving your goals, which is the most important part of the programme.  Goal-setting is crucial if you want to be sure of where you are heading, and to then be able to properly assess whether you have got there.

With their original aims, physiotherapy assessements and body composition results our lovely ladies are now perfectly poised to write specific, meaningful, realistic and achievable goals.
